1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the 1ppp platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 1ppp services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between 1ppp and its members. This agreement may be amended from time to time, and members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

1ppp is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider. We comply with all applicable international laws and regulations, and we expect the same from our users.

2Account Register

The following conditions must be met to open an account at 1ppp:

• The applicant must be at least 18 years must be.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may only One Account open.
• Accounts must be registered under your own name. Registration under another person's name or a false identity is prohibited.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential and maintaining the security of their account.

1ppp may request identity documents or other supporting materials at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within 72 hours may result in temporary account suspension.

3Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming at 1ppp:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 1ppp reserves the right to void bets completed as a result of a technical error.
• In Sports Betting, official results are considered final.
• The specific rules for each game will be detailed on that game's page.
• If a technical disruption affects a game result, 1ppp will conduct a proper investigation before making a decision.
• In live betting, bets may be declined due to network delays — this is a normal part of the process.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment rules apply at 1ppp:

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via mobile banking and digital wallets. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method.
• Withdraw: KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will not be accepted without verification.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account in your own name. Payments to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If any suspicious transaction is detected, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.
• Withdrawals should be made using the same method as the deposit; alternative methods will apply if that is not possible.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The following general terms apply to all 1ppp bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer has a specific Wagering Requirement which must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only.
• Having more than one active bonus at the same time is generally not permitted.
• Bonuses have an expiry period; any bonus with incomplete wagering requirements by the deadline will be forfeited.
• 1ppp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers may be suspended.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1ppp and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or specialized software to play games.
• Abusing bonus offers or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Accessing another member's account or sharing accounts.
• Using 1ppp for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to 1ppp systems, networks, or databases.
• Opening an account with false information or concealing your identity.

7Privacy & Security

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to government authorities when required by law.
• All data is transmitted over SSL-encrypted connections.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential.

8Account Closure & Suspension

1ppp may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation has been found.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the member's own request — as part of responsible gaming.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability

1ppp is not liable for the following:

• When gameplay is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• When transaction delays are caused by third-party payment providers.
• When the platform is unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
• If account security is compromised due to the member's own negligence.

However, 1ppp always strives to maintain the highest standard of service and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

10Changes to Terms

1ppp reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You have the right to close your account if you do not accept the new terms.
